These terms apply to OpenBanana at openbanana.si, updated October 10, 2026. Questions and billing requests: wolongxiansheng82@gmail.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and must be legally able to do so.
OpenBanana creates and edits images using APIMart's Nano Banana 2.1 Ext route. A request produces one image at the selected ratio and resolution. Inputs and outputs undergo content checks. Keep your account credentials private and provide an email address you control.
Use only prompts and reference images you have the right to submit. Do not request sexual content, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate images, targeted abuse, illegal activity or graphic violence. Do not evade content checks, automate trial-account abuse or interfere with the service. We may reject requests or suspend accounts for these uses.
You retain your rights to submitted content. You permit us and our processing suppliers to process it to deliver the requested service and perform content checks. OpenBanana does not claim ownership of your inputs or generated images. Your use of an output remains subject to applicable law, third-party rights and the model supplier's terms. Review outputs before publishing them.
One 1K request uses 10 credits, 2K uses 20, and 4K uses 30. A confirmed failed generation or failed content check returns reserved credits. If submission is interrupted and the provider outcome is unknown, the task and reservation remain recorded until the outcome is checked. Contact support with the task ID if it stays unresolved.
New accounts receive 15 free credits after email verification, once per account, valid for 7 days. Paid credits arrive after payment is confirmed. Subscription credits expire at the end of the paid billing period. Annual subscriptions are charged yearly and deliver the year's credits together. One-time packs do not renew and expire 3,650 days after payment. Credits are for service use and are not cash or transferable between accounts.
Generated image links are temporary. Download completed images you want to keep. Generation can pause when service capacity or a processing supplier is unavailable; no credits are deducted for a request rejected before reservation.
Prices are in USD. The pricing page and Stripe checkout show the amount and billing interval before payment. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually until canceled. One-time packs are a single payment.
Cancel renewal from Settings → Billing before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; existing credits keep their original expiry date. Contact support if you cannot access billing management.
For duplicate charges, billing errors, an undelivered purchase or another refund request, contact us with the order number and the email used at checkout. We review requests individually, considering the payment record, credits used, the reported problem and applicable consumer rights. Returning credits after a generation failure is separate from refunding a payment. Cancellation alone does not refund a previous payment. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Material service or billing changes will be communicated before they apply to an existing subscription. If a technical problem prevents you from using a paid purchase, contact support so we can investigate the order and arrange an appropriate resolution.
